Salon Director Stelios Interviewed On BBC News About Supporting Ukrainian Refugees
Salon Owner Stelios has appeared on BBC news & local BBC radio alongside top salon stylists Olena & Tetiana to talk about the Ukranian refugees that now call Sussex home.
Stelios explained how Red Hair Salons are proud to be able to help the individuals behind the headlines. He goes onto say that Olena & Tetiana were hairdressers in the Ukraine and have had their lives unexpectantly tuned upside down because of the war. He urged other businesses not to hesitate in hiring Ukranian nationals and added that the latest recruits were extremley hard working and an assett to his hair salon in Hastings. The language barrier is being helped by English lessons offered to Ukrainians who have fled to the UK.
