Say hi to Art Director Nesrin who is the boss at Red Hair.  She began her hairdressing training at Toni & Guy in Sloane Square, working alongside Toni Mascolo himself.  In 2006 she opened Red Hair Hastings with her husband and continues to create some of the best hair cuts, styles and colours in Hastings. 

Which hair styles do you love doing?  I am renowned for my signature curly, sexy blowdry.  I love doing colour correction work as I love the challenge!

What do you love about hairdressing?  I enjoy meeting new people every day and listening to their problems and what's going on in their lives. I love to give people the confidence to feel amazing.

Who inspires you to create great hair?  My staff inspire me every day. I love to help them succeed and make them even better hairdressers than they are today.

What is your ultimate ambition?  I want to be happy, healthy, look after my family and the people that I love.

Describe yourself in three words... Loud, proud, funny.

Tell us something surprising about yourself... When I'm not doing what I love in the salon, I'm actually quite shy!

This is Michelle, a Senior Stylist who has been in the industry for 16 years working previously at Martin Gold and Toni & Guy.  She has been at Red Hair since 2011.

Which hairstyles do you love doing?  Fashion and crazy colours - I like being able to express myself with colour.

What do you love about hairdressing?  I enjoy improving the way people look and feel about themselves.

Who inspires you to create great hair?  Other hairdressers that post on social media inspire me.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To become a better hairdresser.

What do you love about hairdressing?  Getting to tap into my creative side to make clients look and feel beautiful.

Who inspires you to create great hair?  The team I work with, the hairdressers that I follow, and the trends through the ages all inspire me.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To have a beautiful house and a fantastic career in hairdressing.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Kind, friendly and inquisitive.

Tell us something surprising about yourself!  I enjoy playing a bass drum with section 5 drummers.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love everything about my job! I love creating beautiful hairstyes that make my clients look and feel amazing. I specialise in hair colouring and enjoy seeing the transformations from a dull, drab colour into something vibrant and glossy.
