Thank you for placing an order with us. 

If your product arrives and is broken or faulty, we will be happy to exchange or refund this item as long as it has not been opened, tampered with or used.   

You can bring the item into one of our Red Hair Salons or return by post but be aware that you will be required to cover any returns postage.
